Before we break for my birthday!

Before we get into this month’s favorites, I wanted to pop in and say welcome back! It’s my birthday tomorrow, so I’m taking the weekend off to take some time for myself, but I didn’t want to leave you hanging without a May favorites roundup.
May was a whirlwind in the best way. I kicked things off with a quick mother-daughter trip to Paris with Laing, which felt especially meaningful since it was our first true one on one trip together. We stayed at Fouquet’s Paris, which instantly earned a spot on my list of favorite hotels, and spent a few perfect days eating, shopping, and wandering the city.
From there, I had a quick turnaround back to New York before heading to Harbour Island to shoot my upcoming collaboration with Juillet. We stayed at Coral Sands, a property I’ve wanted to visit for years, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. Between the pink sand beaches, beautiful interiors, and incredible hospitality, it was every bit as dreamy as I’d imagined.
Now, onto the things I’ve been loving/reaching for all month...
La Veste
La Veste is a Spanish label based out of Madrid that I am absolutely in love with. Their pieces are at an amazing price point and completely embody the feeling of European summers. The current collection is bright, colorful, and FUN, with so many pieces that feel unique without being overly trendy. They popped up in NYC for a few days this month and it took everything in me not to buy half the store! I cannot wait for them to eventually open a permanent location here.
Pique Hydration Powder
Between Paris, Harbour Island, and getting back into a real routine at home for the first time in a while, I’ve been extra focused on hydration and recovery lately, especially now that I’m back into pilates consistently again (12 New York Pilates classes this month which might be a personal record!).
I’ve been using Pique’s Deep Hydration Protocol consistently lately and it’s genuinely one of the few wellness things I actually notice a difference with. I do BT Fountain during the day, usually in the morning or before pilates, and RE Fountain at night as part of my wind-down routine. It makes hydration feel way more effective, especially after flights or long shoot days, and I’ve noticed my energy feels much steadier during the day without needing another coffee. I also feel like my skin looks way less dull and dehydrated when I stay consistent with it, which we definitely need after this much travel and sun exposure lately.
The packets are perfect for travel, taste really good (no weird artificial flavor situation!), and the nighttime one especially helps me reset when my sleep schedule gets thrown off from traveling. You can shop the Deep Hydration Protocol HERE for 20% off for life plus a free gift with my link!
Viani Milano Corsa Sneaker
Sofia launched this style right before I went to Paris and I had to throw them on before I went to the airport because I knew I'd be walking miles and miles in them. I love the retro feel, all the colorways (especially this bright olive green), and the buttery soft leather. They're incredibly lightweight, comfortable right out of the box, and look good with anything and everything. They've become my go-to travel sneaker and I already know they'll be coming with me on every trip this summer.
Physicians Formula Bronze Booster Sun Tint (Berry)
I found this in a TikTok hole (it’s a dupe for one of my favorite Victoria Beckham products) and had to try it for myself. If you’re out of luck finding the VB in stock, this is such a great alternative. It gives the prettiest flushed, sun-kissed look and melts into the skin so naturally. I’ve been reaching for it on no-makeup makeup days when I want to look a little more alive without doing a full face!
Summer Fridays Bronzer Butter Balm (Dune)
I am a big fan of Summer Fridays and absolutely love this bronzer for summer. It's creamy, blends so easily, and gives that perfect shade of tan that looks like you spent a day at the beach. I've been reaching for it constantly because it instantly makes me look more awake and put together, even on days when I'm wearing very little makeup. The finish is glowy without being shiny and the formula is so user friendly that it's nearly impossible to overdo it.
Saie The Big Brush
My holy grail brush! I have one in every single makeup bag and genuinely panic when I can't find it. Blush, bronzer, foundation, concealer... it truly does it all. The shape is perfect for blending and somehow makes everything look more seamless and natural. If I could only keep one makeup brush in my collection, this would be it!
Zara Crochet Pants
You guys REALLY loved these when I wore them in Paris. I love a good crochet pant in summer and these are one of those pieces that look far more expensive than they are. I’ve already worn them with a blazer for daytime, and dressed up with a heel for dinner. There are a million ways to style them and they’re the kind of piece that instantly makes an outfit feel vacation-ready.
Tan Edit Spray Tans
If you guys are looking for a flawless natural tan in NYC, Erika is amazing. Not only does she work on Saturdays and Sundays, but she comes to you, gives you a custom tan, and leaves zero streaks. I got one right before my shoot with Juillet and have never felt more confident. The color looked incredibly natural, photographed beautifully, and faded evenly. If you have a special trip or event coming up, this is such a great option!
Prada Canvas Pumps
If you know me, you know I’m one to mull over any big purchase. If I’m still thinking about something days, weeks, or even months later, I know it’s earned a place in my wardrobe. I fell in love with these Prada pumps during Fashion Month and promised myself I’d come back for them if I still couldn’t stop thinking about them the next time I was in Paris. Lo and behold, I did! I love the canvas material for summer, the shape is incredibly timeless, and the color goes with pretty much everything I own. They’re one of those designer purchases that already feel like they’ll be in my closet for years.
Lenox & Sixteenth Travel Trio
I recently hosted a dream dinner with Lenox & Sixteenth, the holy grail skincare line I discovered via Laing months ago. I'll be taking my three-step routine everywhere with me this summer in mini form. The vitamin c serum is hydrating and brightening, the triple acid concentrate exfoliates gently, and the moisturizer is one of the few that feels rich without being heavy (perfect for all seasons). If you haven't tried the line yet, this set is the perfect introduction and makes travel so much easier.
YouTube
If you haven’t subscribed yet, where have you been! I have been absolutely loving vlogging and doing longer-form content. It’s another way for me to connect with you guys and share the bits and pieces of my life that don’t always make it onto Instagram or TikTok. I’ve especially loved bringing you along on work weeks, trips and collaborations in a more behind-the-scenes way. I’m thinking of doing a fun giveaway once we hit 1K subscribers, so make sure to subscribe if you haven’t already!
That's all for now - I'm off to celebrate my birthday weekend, but I'll be back next week with more!
Xo,
Lilly
